January 15 (SeeNews) - Montenegro has cancelled an 11 million euro ($12.8 million) procurement for the supply of EN 590 diesel fuel in a total quantity of up to 16,500 metric tonnes after disqualifying the sole bid submitted by local fuel retailer Jugopetrol, part of Greece’s Hellenic Energy, the government's hydrocarbons administration said.
