February 18 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's agriculture ministry said it has reached an agreement with the UN's International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) on a 15 million euro ($15.7 million) grant that will support the recently launched GORA + project to improve the resilience to climate change of the country's northern municipalities.
