November 20 (SeeNews) - The Montenegrin parliament has adopted the law regulating the accumulation of oil stock reserves for emergency situations in line with European Union rules, thus clearing the way for the country to close Chapter 15 on Energy in its EU accession talks, the mining, oil and gas ministry said.
