Ljubljana share indices decline, NLB paces losers

June 4 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed Tuesday's trading session in red territory, with lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) [LJE:NLBR] pacing the decliners, bourse data showed.

NLB's shares went down 2.58% to 113.50 euro, LJSE data showed. NLB also generated the highest single turnover among the blue chips on Tuesday - of 846,201 euro.

Energy group Petrol [LJE:PETG] led the blue-chip gainers' list as its share price grew 0.71% to 28.40 euro.

The blue-chip SBITOP index lost 0.54% and closed at 1,493.30 points on Tuesday. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also fell 0.53% to end at 2,020.78points.

The bourse's daily trading turnover came in at 1.7 million euro ($1.8 million) on Tuesday, up from 1.2 million euro generated on Monday.
