The Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa hotel is set to open doors in 2027, a Hyatt communications officer told SeeNews in an emailed statement.

Established in 2020, White Roads is wholly-owned by local construction firm Gjikuria, according to the Albanian business register.

In 2018, Hyatt signed a deal with Albanian diverse conglomerate Kastrati Group to build a Hyatt Regency hotel in the Albanian capital Tirana, initially planned to open in 2023. The opening has now been postponed to not earlier than 2025, the Group's head of communications told SeeNews by phone on Thursday.
