BUCHAREST (Romania), December 29 (SeeNews) – Hungarian oil and gas group MOL signed a deal to acquire 26 filling stations in Austria from Agip, the fuel retailer of Italian oil and gas company ENI, in exchange for 10 of its own stations in Romania, MOL’s Romanian unit said on Monday. ”The transaction is aimed at optimising the market presence in both countries, and achieving the development goals of both companies. The implementation of this swap will create reciprocal advantages for the retail operations of MOL and ENI in Romania and Austria, respectively,” MOL Romania said in a statement.
