This transaction will have no influence on the manner and price of the provision of electric energy services to the customers of Hrvatski Telekom, nor does it affect the price and provision of the contracted telecommunications services, the Croatian company said.
The Croatian energy regulator, HERA, granted a licence to Hrvatski Telekom to supply electricity in October 2013.
