April 23 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Fortenova Group, the successor to collapsed food-to-retail concern Agrokor, has launched an offer to buy the 3.8% stake in Serbian edible oils producer Dijamant [BEL:DJMN] that it does not already own, it said.
Fortenova aims to buy 10,265 shares in Dijamant at a price of 34,346 dinars ($351/292 euro) apiece, the bidder said in a bourse filing on Monday.

The bidder holds 96.2% of Dijamant's share capital.
The business operations of Agrokor were transferred to the newly formed Fortenova Group in April 2019 under a settlement agreement with Agrokor's creditors endorsed by a Zagreb court in June 2018.
