Foreign visitor overnights in Kosovo up 37% y/y in 2023

The number of foreign citizens who checked into Kosovo hotels rose 20.2% to 357,717 in 2023, ASK said in a data release on Tuesday.

Visitors from Albania made up the largest group of foreign visitors, with 90,518 people, followed by German visitors with 41,105, and Swiss visitors with 36,812.

A total of 621,486 people stayed at Kosovo’s accommodation facilities in Kosovo in 2023, ASK said, without providing comparative data.
