December 10 (SeeNews) - Foreign tourist arrivals to Croatia in October decreased by 90% year-on-year, to 88,802, the country's statistical office said on Thursday.
Foreign tourists spent 406,863 overnights in Croatia in October, down by 85% year-on-year, the statistical office said in a statement.
Domestic tourists numbered 95,791 in October, down 47%, as they spent 211,064 overnights, down 45%.
Tourists from Germany accounted for 32% of all overnights spent by international visitors in October, followed by tourists from the U.S. with a 7.7% share.
In the ten months through October, foreign tourist arrivals to Croatia plunged 67% year-on-year to 5.5 million.
