November 26 (SeeNews) - Albania attracted 206,439 foreign tourists in October, down 46.7% year-on-year, the country's statistical office said on Thursday.
Foreign tourist arrivals were down 60.2% on the year at 2.3 million in the ten months through October, the statistical office said in a statement.
In October alone, the number of domestic tourists fell by an annual 42.6% to 274,728. Overall, the total number of domestic and foreign tourists plunged 44.4% year-on-year to 481,167 in the month under review.
In October, Albania attracted 124,492 visitors from Kosovo, 20,500 from Greece and 17,134 from Montenegro.
