SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 3 (SeeNews) – The European Union is expected to decide whether it would unfreeze payments worth 272.2 million levs ($221 million/139.3 million euro) to Bulgarian farmers under the Special Accession Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (SAPARD) at the end of 2008, Deputy Prime Minister Meglena Plugchieva said on Thursday.
