The solar power plants will be developed on the area defined by the existing energy-approved operating wind power plants owned by Professio Energia, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The shares of Professio Energia were listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) in October 2019 but have not traded yet.
