March 30 (SeeNews) - Croatian holding company Meritus Ulaganja [ZSE:MRUL], the parent company of Croatia-based global business process and technology outsourcing (BPTO) services provider Mplus, said on Thursday it has completed the acquisition of Serbia-based Integrator Holding.
“With the closing of the transaction, Mplus merges with a number of companies in six southeast European countries, most of them licensed by the American Manpower Group, which provide integrated human resources management, selection and recruitment services. Around the mentioned companies, which are united in Integrator Holding, Belgrade, a new business vertical of Mplus will be formed with the intention to offer first class HR services,” Meritus Ulaganja said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

A new technology group for human resources management will be formed under the name Workplace, aiming for regional dominance, it added.
Meritus Ulaganja announced the deal in December, but it needed approval of the competent authorities in Serbia.
Meritus Ulaganja's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on March 24, closing 17.86% higher at 165 euro ($179).
