Croatia’s Koncar absorbs two subsidiaries

The merger of Koncar Engineerging and Koncar Infrastructure and Services into Koncar Elektroindustrija was registered by the Commercial Court in Zagreb on July 1, the parent company said in a Zagreb bourse filing earlier this week.

Koncar's shares traded 0.77% lower at 258 euro ($279.3) on Friday morning.
