February 27 (SeeNews) - Croatian oil pipeline operator Jadranski Naftovod (Janaf) [ZSE:JNAF] said on Tuesday that its net profit rose 27.6% on the year in 2023 to 51.9 million euro ($56.3 million).
Gross profit rose 26.7% to 63.4 million euro, and was 73.1% higher than expected, Janaf said.
Total revenue came in at 153.3 million euro, up 28.7% on the year.
Revenue from core business, transportation and storage of oil and oil derivatives, amounted to 146.7 million euro, up 28% on the year and 21.5% higher than expected.
Overall costs were 30.2% higher on the year, at 89.9 million euro.
Janaf's shares last traded on February 13, when they closed 1.12% lower at 880 euro apiece on the Zagreb bourse.
