Croatia’s HTP Orebic to delist from Zagreb bourse

June 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator HTP Orebic [ZSE:HTPO] said on Thursday it will propose to its shareholders to vote on a proposal on August 1 to delist its shares from the Zagreb bourse.

HTP Orebic announced in a filing to the Zagreb bourse that it will offer to buy back the shares of those who disagree with the delisting at a fair price, without elaborating on the reasons for the delisting.

The company has 475,820 shares with a nominal value of 13 euro ($19.3) per share listed on the bourse.

The shareholders will also vote on a proposal to retain the company’s net profit of some 303,500 euro for 2023.

Local hotel owner and manager Aminess d.d. is HTP Orebic's largest shareholder with a stake of more than 91%.

Another subsidiary by Aminess, hotel operator HTP Korcula [ZSE:HTPK], also announced on Wednesday a plan to delist its shares from the Zagreb bourse.

The shares of HTP Orebic last traded on April 24 on the Zagreb bourse ending 0.94% higher at 10.70 euro, bourse data showed.
