Croatia’s HTP Korcula plans to delist from Zagreb bourse

June 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator HTP Korcula [ZSE:HTPK] said it will propose to its shareholders to vote on August 1 on a proposal to delist its shares from the Zagreb bourse.

The company will offer to those who disagree with the delisting proposal to buy back their shares at a fair price, HTP Korcula said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse without elaborating on the reasons for the delisting.

The company has 2,468,869 shares with a nominal value of 6.0 euro ($6.4) per share listed on the bourse.

Local hotel owner and manager Aminess is its largest shareholder with a more than 90% share.

The shares of HTP Korcula last traded on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse ending flat ay 6.80 euro, bourse data showed.
