September 7 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] said on Thursday it signed a deal to sell bulk carrier AP Libertas.
The price is $12.35 million (11.5 million euro), Atlantska Plovidba said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse, without disclosing the name of the buyer.

According to data from the company’s website, the Pamanax-class ship was built in 2008 at Chinese shipyard Hudong Zhonghua.
In November 2018, Atlantska Plovidba acquired the Pelagos bulk carrier with a deadweight of 75,213 tonnes for $11.95 million and changed her name to AP Libertas.
Atlantska Plovidba’s shares closed 0.40% lower at 50 euro on Thursday on the Zagreb bourse.
