NLB will indirectly take over Mobil Leasing through the acquisition of SLS Holdco, the parent company of Summit Leasing Slovenija, HANFA said in a press release on Friday.

Mobil Leasing holds 3.3% of Croatia's leasing market with 3,500 active vehicle financing contracts.

NLB said in November it has agreed to buy SLS Holdco from funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
