June 18 (SeeNews) - The Croatian Hydrocarbon Agency (CHA) said it has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Clean Hydrogen Partnership of the European Commission for clean hydrogen development projects.

"Following an analysis of hydrogen-related research and innovation policies, the Clean Hydrogen Partnership initiated a call for technical support to regional and national governing bodies. CHA successfully applied and was selected to foster synergies in this critical sector, leading to the development of a comprehensive, tailored memorandum of cooperation," CHA said in a press release on Monday.

This step represents a significant contribution to furthering clean hydrogen development in Europe and strengthening collaboration among relevant authorities across different countries, it added.

CHA, alongside other selected bodies, now has the opportunity to benefit from technical support aimed at knowledge transfer, capacity building, and financing in the hydrogen sector.
