BUCHAREST (Romania), March 6 (SeeNews) – Cayman Islands-registered investment fund Reconstruction Capital II Limited (RC2) has paid eight million euro ($12.3 million) for a majority stake in the Romanian firm Antares Hotels, which owns a hotel on the Black Sea coast, the hotel’s new management company said.
