SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 12 (SeeNews) – The costs on the construction of the Burgas-Alexandroupolis pipeline designed to carry Russian crude oil from the Black Sea to the Aegean will most likely exceed 1.2 billion euro ($1.8 billion), nearly a third more than initial estimates, a Bulgarian daily reported on Tuesday.
