SOFIA (Bulgaria), April 15 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian president Rosen Plevneliev referred back to parliament recent legal amendments banning offshore companies from buying farming land in the country, saying they run counter to the country's Constitution and to European Union law, the president’s press office said.
