SOFIA (Bulgaria), February 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Power Distribution South, part of Austrian energy group EVN, said on Monday that it has opened a tender for awarding a 3.2 million levs ($1.9 million/1.6 million euro) contract for construction of a new administrative building in Plovdiv, which would serve as the company's dispatch centre.
