Bulgaria's Odessos Shiprepair Yard plans 25% higher dividend for '23

The company plans to pay out a total of 9.39 million levs as dividend for last year, allocated from its 2023 net profit of 16.9 million levs, Odessos said in a bourse filing on Thursday. The remaining earnings will be retained.

The proposal will be voted upon at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for May 16.

Last year, the Varna-based company paid out a gross dividend of 12.80 levs per share for 2022, or 7.5 million levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Odessos Shiprepair Yard last traded on Thursday when they closed at 330.00 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
