The company plans to cover its net loss of some 35.3 million levs ($19.5 million/18 million euro) reported for 2023 with funds from its additional reserves, Neochim said in a stock exchange filing last week.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 21.
Neochim paid out a gross dividend of 5.00 levs per share for 2022, or a total of 12.9 million levs, according to previously disclosed information.
As of 1420 CEST on Monday, shares in Neochim traded 0.51% higher at 19.90 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
