October 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian energy minister Zhecho Stankov said on Friday that motor fuel supplies to the domestic market are fully secured until the end of the year, despite the U.S. sanctions on Russia's Lukoil and its subsidiaries, including Bulgaria's sole oil refinery, Lukoil Neftochim Burgas, and fuel retailer Lukoil Bulgaria, local media reported.
