December 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's energy regulator said on Monday it plans to raise natural gas prices by up to 11.79% to 602.17 levs ($414.7/307.7 euro) per 1,000 cubic metres Value Added Tax excluded in the first quarter of next year, less than the 21.31% hike requested by state-owned company Bulgargaz.
