March 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Energo-Pro Varna, part of Czech power utility group Energo-Pro, said on Wednesday it plans to invest almost 6 million levs ($3.4 million/3.1 million euro) in the electricity grid of Dobrich region in 2022, up from 5.65 million levs invested last year.
The investments in Dobrich, in northeastern Bulgaria, include the construction of a new electricity network, rehabilitation of facilities, and upgrades of the existing network, the company said in an e-mailed statement.
Energo-Pro Varna serves about 1.2 million customers in 9 regions in northeastern Bulgaria.
