Bulgaria's AmonRa Energy to pay 0.123 euro/share dividend

The company will return to investors a total of 1.5 million levs, allocated from its net earnings of 1.05 million levs reported for last year and undistributed profit from previous years, AmonRa Energy said in a bourse filing on Monday. The dividend will be disbursed by the end of September.

At the same time, some 104,698 levs will top up AmonRa's reserve fund, the company said.

Last year, AmonRa Energy paid out a gross dividend of 0.784236 levs per share for 2022, or a total of 4.9 million levs, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in AmonRa Energy last traded on June 26 when they closed at 13.50 levs on the BEAM growth market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
