May 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian solar photovoltaic (PV) equipment supplier AmonRa Energy [BUL:AMON] on Tuesday proposed to distribute 4.9 million levs ($2.7 million/2.5 million euro) as dividend for last year.
AmonRa Energy plans to allocate to dividend 80% of its net profit of 6.1 million levs reported for 2022, it said in a bourse filing, without disclosing what the dividend per share will amount to.

Some 567,488 levs of the remaining earnings will be allotted to the company's reserve fund, while 658,135 levs will be retained as undistributed profit.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting on June 30.
AmonRa Energy went public in November last year, raising over 3.1 million levs in an initial public offering.
Shares in AmonRa Energy last traded on May 15 when they closed at 15.00 levs on the BEAM growth market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
