October 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said it has registered for trading on the regulated market a 1.74-million-levs ($933,862/889,645 euro) capital increase by real estate investment trust (REIT) Premium Property Invest [BUL:CITP].
The company issued the 1.74 million ordinary, freely transferable, voting shares with a par value of 1 lev each, raising its capital to some 3 million levs from 1.3 million levs, the regulator said in a notice on Thursday.
In August, Premium Property Invest said its board of directors decided to increase the company’s capital through the issue of up to 44.2 million new voting shares, which would be offered to its warrant holders at an issue price of 1.10 levs apiece and a par value of 1 lev each.
Shares in Premium Property Invest last traded at 0.32 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
