July 2 (SeeNews) - The European Union and Montenegro could wrap up their accession negotiations during the Irish presidency of the Council of the EU which ends in December, European Council president Antonio Costa said, boosting the aspirations of the small Adriatic country to become the EU's 28th member state in 2028.
