July 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's competition regulator said it has refused to open proceedings in relation to a complaint filed by W.E.T. Automotive Ukraine concerning a 51.7 million levs ($31.6 million/26.4 million euro) tender for repair of passenger railcars launched by Sofia-based railway company BDZ Passenger Services. The Commission for Protection of Competition on July 13 decided against launching proceedings into the complaint, data from its website shows.
