February 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's utilities regulator said it has endorsed a final price proposal by public supplier Bulgargaz for a wholesale natural gas price of 71.08 levs ($39.30/36.34 euro) per MWh applicable for February, excluding transmission fees, excise tax and VAT, which is 8.4% lower than in January.
