"The project aims to pilot Mentessa’s intelligent skills agent, leveraging the predictive power of AI and Large Language Models to help Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark understand, connect and develop the skills of their workforce," Mentessa said in a statement on Monday, without disclosing the funding amount.
EIT Digital's endorsement testifies to the potential impact of Mentessa's project on the European innovation landscape, the startup in skill-based organizations noted.
"Mentessa's approach to leveraging AI for skill enhancement aligns perfectly with our mission to support digital transformation and workforce upskilling across Europe," EIT Digital chief innovation and education officer Diva Tommei said.
Founded in 2019 by Tina Ruseva and Andrey Andreev, Mentessa facilitates knowledge sharing, learning and collaboration in hybrid organisations. With over 5,000 users across different organisations, the platform fosters a silo-free corporate culture, enabling employees to learn and work collaboratively.
