February 3 (SeeNews) - The state-owned Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) expects its consolidated pre-tax profit this year to surge to 471 million levs ($308 million/241 million euro) from a preliminary pre-tax profit of 154 million levs in 2008, and plans to implement projects worth some 900 million euro ($1.2 billion) over the next two or three years, the company's executive director said on Tuesday.
