April 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria should sign a deal with Russia's Gazprom on the construction of the 10 billion euro ($13.3 billion) South Stream gas pipeline by the end of May to avert delays to the project and should retain ownership of its existing pipeline network in the deal, Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov said on Saturday.
