SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 13 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria raised the capital of the Project Company Burgas – Alexandroupolis Oil Pipeline by 150,000 levs ($108,000/77,000 euro) to sustain its operations until the state decides whether to go ahead with the pipeline's construction, the government said on Wednesday.
