March 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's government said on Wednesday it allocated 1.8 million levs ($1.2 million/920,000 euro) from the state budget to raise the capital of the Burgas-Alexadroupolis Oil Pipeline Project Company in order to cover costs before withdrawing from the pipeline project.
