August 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's state-owned gas monopoly Bulgargaz said on Tuesday it will seek a 4.33% rise in gas prices to 380.84 levs ($275.7/194.7 euro) per 1,000 cubic metres, Value Added Tax excluded, in the fouth quarter of 2009.
