Bosnia's Oktan Promet to launch takeover offer for Semberija

June 28 (SeeNews) - Bosnian fuel trader Oktan Promet said it plans to launch a takeover offer for local farming company Semberija PD [BANJ:SEMB-R-A].

Oktan Promet, which owns a 38.6% stake in Semberija, will launch the takeover offer together with local diversified company Sipad Komerc, which holds a 25.08% interest in Semberija, Oktan Promet said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

Oktan Promet will offer 0.0816 marka ($0.045/0.042 euro) per each Semberija share in the takeover bid.

Semberija's share capital is divided into 33,560,000 shares of 1 marka in par value each.

Its shares last traded in regular trading on June 24, closing 1.23% lower at 0.08 marka.
