May 31 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's construction materials producer Ingram has acquired a 20% stake in local coal mine Novi Rudnik Mrkog Uglja (NRMU) Miljevina, local media reported on Friday.

Local diversified company Pavgord has retained the remaining 80% stake in NRMU Miljevina, news portal Indikator reported.

Ingram is 95%-owned by the country's largest retailer Bingo.
