December 3 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Federation government said on Thursday it will pay out 30 million marka ($18.6 million/15.3 million euro) as direct aid to 391 export-oriented companies.
Half of the money, some 15 million marka, will be allocated to the metal, electrical and automotive industries, the entity's government said in a press release.
The chemical, pharmaceutical, plastic, and rubber industries will be assisted with some 5 million marka, while the producers of textile, leather clothing and footwear producers will get some 4 million marka.
At the same time, the government will allocate some 5 million marka to the wood, paper and graphic industry. The non-metal and building material industry will receive 690,000 marka.
The contracts with those who will receive the proceeds will be signed in the next few days, the entity's energy ministry, Nermin Dzindic, said.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
