Bosnia's Federation appoints interim director for Energoinvest - report

June 3 (SeeNews) - The government of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Federation has approved the appointment of Mirza Ustamujic as interim general director of majority state-owned engineering company Energoinvest [SAJ:ENISR], local media reported.

Ustamujic will head the company until a new general director is elected through a public selection process, news portal Raport reported on Friday.

Ustamujic is replacing at the position Bisera Hadzialjevic.

The Federation entity holds a 67% stake in Energoinvest.

Energoinvest's shares last traded on the Sarajevo bourse on May 29, closing 7.14% lower at 0.65 marka ($0.36/0.33 euro).

The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
