The 21-share equity benchmark, the CROBEX, climbed 0.19% to close at 2,818.30 points.

The narrower equity index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten issuers in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, added 0.12% to 1,688.54 points.

Atlantic Grupa was the most traded company with a turnover of some 250,000 euro ($268,000) as its shares appreciated 0.93% to 54 euro.

Preferred shares of power transformers manufacturer Koncar Distributivni i Specijalni Transformatori (Koncar D&ST) [ZSE:KODT2] generated the second largest daily turnover, 203,000 euro. They closed 1.29% higher at 1,570 euro.

Shares of index heavyweight Hrvatski Telekom went up 1.01% to 30 euro in a turnover of 157,000 euro.

The total bourse turnover reached 2.8 million euro from 2.2 million euro a day earlier, partly due to a block deal of 1.7 million euro with shares of software company SPAN [ZSE:SPAN].
