Albania’s Vela gets 162 kW rooftop PV system

April 25 (SeeNews) - Albanian solar array provider Vega Solar said it has finished the installation of a 162.45 kW photovoltaic (PV) system on the rooftop of the facility of local packaging manufacturer Vela in Korce.

The manufacturer opted for a photovoltaic array to reduce energy costs, Vega Solar said in a social media post on Wednesday.

Vela was established in 1995, according to its website. It produces and exports metal and plastic containers and caps.
