October 20 (SeeNews) - Albania’s energy corporation, KESH, said on Friday that it has opened tender procedures for the implementation of a monitoring system in five units of the hydropower plant (HPP) Vau i Dejes, one of KESH’s three HPPs along the Drin river cascade, with an estimated budget of 260 million leks ($2.6 million/2.5 million euro).
