This is the group’s fourth shopping mall and its first at the Albanian seaside, Muka said in a social media post on Sunday.
In February, Balfin told SeeNews it estimated total investment in the new shopping mall to reach 12 million euro ($12.92 million), of which 9.66 million was earmarked for construction, and an additional 2.8 million euro was planned by tenants for interior design.
Galeria by TEG accommodates coffee shops, restaurants and electronics and clothing stores, according to its Instagram page.
The project encompasses around 46 bars and restaurants, Balfin’s sole owner Samir Mane said during the inauguration ceremony, as quoted by local news provider Ora News.
Construction was carried out by Balfin’s construction arm, whereas the facility is being operated by Balfin’s property management arm, ACREM, Muka noted.
